So I decided to cook steak this weekend. In fact I am going to BBQ some rips this week. I went to grocery store and bough me some prime rib steaks, and then bought me a set of Wusthof Stead Knives from the cookware website.
Now let the fun begin. I have a few friends coming over, along with my brother. We are planning to watch the football game, BBQ some ribs, and enjoy a chill weekend. I will certainly take some picture of the ribs and my cooking on my blog.
